About Us

M & M Ambitions LLC was founded in 2019 in Midland Texas by Adriana and Mark Martinez. Mark and Adriana are co owners of M & M Ambitions LLC. They are both from Midland, TX. Both have been contributing to the West Texas City they consider home since 2014. They are raising their family of 3 beautiful boys here in Midland and love the West Texas City with all there heart. Mark is originally from Albuquerque, NM and Adriana is originally from El Paso, TX. That’s where they learned to cook with the heritage of both cities rich in food culture. Though their style of food is West Texas cusine! Mark and Adriana are both from Mexican American descent. They could both be found in the kitchen from a young age learning to cook from their families and it became a passion of theirs. The M & M’s brand came from a family tradition. Mark’s father’s name was Martin Martinez and step mother’s name was Mary Martinez and his sibling’s names are Marty, Marcus and Manuel. Adriana and Mark’s 3 sons are named Marco, Miguel and Mateo Martinez. The nickname M & M’s was easy for everyone to label the Martinez family with.

What inspired Mark and Adriana to open a food truck company was a desire to help people through servant leadership. And to give inspiring people looking to open a food truck of their own a place to learn and gain experience. Mark and Adriana are passionate about serving their community and their customers. The company mission since the beginning has been to bring happiness to West Texas through quality, accurate, consistent food while serving it with love. The company’s Vision is to bring jobs that help people pay their bills in an environment where leadership is learned. M & M Ambitions LLC’s  Uniting Cause is to be the #1 Food Truck company in the Permian  Basin!
